The Ranson production achieves the IFS-label again

In the food sector, quality monitoring and assurance is a very important cornerstone of business operations. This is also very important in our production in Kortrijk - Belgium, where we make our marzipan, chocolate decors and other products.

As in previous years, we were once again preparing for an unannounced audit in which an auditor turns our production inside out. This is to check whether we have the quality and food safety sufficiently under control.

Because the IFS quality manual at Ranson is very well underpinned and supported by everyone in the product, this year we have once again passed with the highest distinction and received the Grade A higher level​​!
